Afaaq Advisory is a boutique AI and digital-transformation consultancy for small and mid-sized businesses. We help you get a real AI win: fast, practical, and without a technical team of your own. Then we take you all the way to full transformation. Based in Beirut, delivering across the Gulf and into Germany.

Most SMBs don't need a lab. They need someone who'll build.

There's no shortage of AI talk, and a real shortage of partners who'll sit with a small business, find the one win worth doing, and ship it. Big consultancies advise, then hand you a deck. Dev shops build, but won't tell you what's worth building. We started Afaaq to do both: the strategy and the build, sized for businesses our size.

Two founders, 27 years, and no one in between.

Afaaq is deliberately small. Between us: 27 years across IT, programme delivery, digital transformation and customer experience, split so one side of the practice builds the websites and the AI agents, and the other leads readiness assessments, automation and training, in Arabic, English or German. Whichever you start with, the person who scopes your work is the person who builds it.

Before Afaaq, we delivered technology in telecoms, government and consulting. A few things we're happy to be judged on:

Track record (before Afaaq)

Took a major GCC telecom operator's mobile app from a 2.3 rating to 4.7: number one in the GCC, number two across MENA.
Digitised a finance process that had 72 people doing it by hand across a telecom's Saudi retail network. 69 moved into sales roles. Three now run it.
Ran a cloud transformation programme for a Saudi government entity, coordinating more than ten engaged vendors.
Delivered transformation programmes in the German market with multiple workstreams and projects of more than 200 people.
Built an organisation's first PMO from scratch.

Three languages, two time zones, one team.

Languages: Arabic, English and German. Training, workshops and support delivered in any of the three.
Formats: Remote delivery · on-site workshops · corporate training · multi-week qualification programmes.
Where we work: Based in Beirut. Delivering across the Gulf, and into Germany through our German-market practice.
Team size, deliberately: Two people. That's a hard ceiling on how much we take on at once, which is why we'll tell you when something isn't a fit, rather than take it and stretch.

How we work

Practical over theoretical: we start with your workflow, not the software, and we'd rather build one real win than present ten ideas.
AI prepares, the human decides: every system we build has a person in the loop where judgment matters. AI drafts, scores and suggests; you approve.
Honest about what's worth doing: including when the answer is "not yet." You'll see stage labels on our own work for the same reason: we'd rather under-claim.
Human-centred: we build for the people who'll actually use it, and we train them to.
Regionally grounded: we know how SMBs in this region actually operate, and we work in your language.
